Girl on a Trike
My little granddaughter is celebrating her second birthday today. And we gave her a backpack with some things in it. I had to make a card for her and have been looking at this one for a while, it is so cute. This is a digital stamp from Mo's Digital Stamps. The nice things about digital stamps are, they don't cost that much, it's a good place to get a stamps that you might not use that much, it's a good choice if you do not have time to go out and buy one and don't have one you like, and you have a lot of choices. There are so many companies out there selling these and once you download them, which only take a few seconds, you have it for the rest of time. So there are a lot of advantages. Copic markers, I can't say enough good things about copic markers. They are so fun to use and there are so many websites out there to teach you how to use them. Look them up, you won't be sorry. I wanted to use buttons on this card, but didn't have a size or color that I liked so I took brads that looked like buttons and colored them with copic markers. The color was uneven, but I liked them. The words I used were all made on my computer. I don't always have stamps to say what I feel and the computer comes in really handy when that happens. The ovals were all cut with my Curvy Cutter. I don't use this often, but when I need shapes this size, it does come in handy. I also have the circles and squares for the Curvy Cutter. This is a good tool to have also. The words were cut on my Cuttlebug using Spell binders Tri Labels. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted this card to look like, but when I did get it made, I was happy. Enjoy the card!
